Student Services Department
The role of the staff of the Student Services Department is to assist students in the pursuit of their academic dreams. From getting started to applying for graduation and much in between, we are here to help make your journey as smooth as possible. See the links to the left for on-line services.
Hours
The Student Services Department, located in the Ziegler Building, is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday on the UAS campus at 2600 7th Avenue.
Appointments
Counselors will accommodate "walk in" appointments when ever possible but encourage you to schedule an appointment in advance when possible. Appointments can be scheduled by telephone (228-4511) or in person during regular office hours. Appointments need to be scheduled several days in advance during registration periods.
If convenient for you we welcome you to email any questions to gail.klein@uas.alaska.edu. Every effort will be made to respond within 1 business day. During the summer, weekends, and over breaks, a reply might take longer.
