Interlibrary Loan

 A new system for Interlibrary Loan is now available!  ILLiad will allow you to create your own account so you can manage each of your own interlibrary loan requests.

Interlibrary loan (ILL) is a service provided to patrons affiliated with UAS, both local and at a distance, as well as to non-affiliated persons residing in Juneau.   Through a network connecting the Egan Library with libraries nationwide as well as abroad, library patrons are able to get materials in varied formats for research and recreational purposes.  The Egan Library’s ILL Service is guided by the National Interlibrary Loan Code of the U.S. (American Library Association) and abides by copyright laws.  We encourage patrons to use this service in a responsible way; exploring local resources first and then abiding by the Egan Library’s ILL policies as well as those of the lending library.  See the ILL FAQ page for further information.
