If you are having trouble viewing the live video stream

We recommend that you update the following software

This information will help the university staff resolve any issues efficiently

1.)  What is your internet speed?

2.)  Have you tried reloading the Flash streaming web page?

3.)  What kind of machine are you using?

4.)  Are you running multiple programs/web pages and watching the stream?

5.)  Can you watch the video on the adobe flash help page?

6.)  How much space do you have on your primary (c) hard drive?
