Click the event you want to edit from any of the views.
The Edit event window opens. Make changes anywhere in the Edit and Reminders tabs. For instructions on how to fill in this form, see Creating a new event.
If you can see only the Summary and Reminders tabs for this event, then you are working either:
- In one of your own calendars, but you did not create this event.
- In a subscribed-to calendar, and you do not have Modify permission for this calendar, or you are not an owner.
In either case, you can not edit the calendar.
