Sealaska Corporation
Headquartered in Juneau, Alaska, Sealaska is a regional
corporation formed under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act of
1971 (ANCSA). Our assets are derived from the aboriginal lands of
Tlingit and Haida Indians of Southeast Alaska.
Sealaska is a Native-owned corporation with over 17,500
shareholders and is the largest private landowner in Southeast
Alaska. Our principal investments are in forest products, the
financial markets, plastics manufacturing, prototyping,
construction aggregates, environmental services, bio-life sciences,
and international trade support.
Philosophy
Sealaska's philosophy is to protect and grow our
corporate assets to provide economic, cultural and social benefits
to current and future generations of our shareholders.
