UAS STUDENTS OPEN HAUNTED HOUSE FOR JUNEAU YOUTH

A free "Haunted House" is being created by UAS students for all Juneau youth on Friday (Oct. 30) from 6 - 7:30 p.m. in Banfield Hall, the freshman residence hall off the Back Loop Road. "This is a chance for kids to dress up twice," Housing Manger Timi Hough said while inviting parents to bring their children to the Haunted House on the evening before Halloween.

UAS students living in Banfield Hall will compete in a decoration contest, that usually also includes sound effects, between each of the three floors of the residence facility. Trick or treat opportunities will also be available for children who visit.
