17, 1999 Staging Shakespeare is one of several late starting UAS fall classes. The theater class offers credit for working on the Perseverance TheatreÍs upcoming production of Romeo and Juliet. The class, taught by PerseveranceÍs artistic director Peter DuBois, begins Tuesday (Sept 21) and includes a seminar and labs. Half a dozen Marine Technology classes have late start dates and students may still register. Fiberglass Moldmaking and Tooling begins Oct. 1 and will teach students how to work on their own projects such as a boat deckhouse, a camper shell, hot tub, etc. "These are the skills necessary to work in the fiberglass industry," according to Gary Bowen, associate dean of career education.
