August 2 , 2005 UAS Streamlining Admission Process for Local Students UAS will hold its second Enrollment Day on Wednesday Aug. 3 from Noon to 8 p.m.. The event is a way of streamlining the UAS admissions process for local students. Academic advisers will be on hand to guide students toward their academic goals and financial aid representatives will be available to assist with forms and to discuss aid options. Prospective students can take placement tests, register for classes, get I.D. cards and apply for housing all with one trip to the UAS Auke Lake campus. Prospective students seeking additional information or wanting to register for UAS Enrollment Day should call 796-6000.
