UAS Literary Journal Opens Submissions to all Southeast Residents

University of Alaska Southeast is opening its literary and art journal, Tidal Echoes, to all Southeast writers and artists. Before this year the journal was limited to UAS students, faculty, and staff. The journal editors welcome submissions in the areas of fiction, flash fiction, creative non-fiction, transcribed oral stories, short plays, poems and artwork.

A panel of UAS professors and student editors will review all submissions and select pieces for publication. For submission guidelines go online at UAS.Alaska.edu and click on the Tidal Echoes icon. Submission deadline is Dec. 1.
