Provost's Council
The Provost Council at UAS includes deans, campus directors (Sitka and Ketchikan), Faculty Senate president, the university's Registrar, and heads of the Egan Library and Information Technology. The Council supports the Provost's Office in ensuring the quality of all academic programs and services. It provides oversight of the UAS Six Year Course Sequence, which identifies when academic courses will be offered. It also works to ensure integration of student services, enrollment management, and academic functions across the university. The council meets every other week during the academic year.
