Staff and Faculty may join the REC Center for only $150 from March through August 2008. This special membership includes a FREE locker rental and towel punch card. Simply download the membership form, fill it out and bring it into the REC Center. You can pay by check, cash or credit card. Swipe your UAS ID card and you are ready to go!! There is a pro-rated payment schedule available for late enrollment; just ask at the REC or call. There is also an opportunity to do an automatic payroll deduction if you sign up in either August or January and fill out the UA Choice Supplemental Benefit Election form at our facility. Payroll reductions run a September to May withdrawal period. Original forms must be received in order to complete the payroll deduction process. Call 796-6546 with any questions.
