Come and get FREE personal training advice, learn to use the cardio/weight equipment, work on your own weight program or improve your lifting technique. Open to all UAS - Staff, Faculty, Students and Alumni!
Drop-in Indoor Cycling

Utilize our NEW spinning bikes in a workout that your body won't soon forget! Get in shape for your commute or the Kluane! Drop-in anytime for a workout. Space limited, so show up EARLY!
