please note: audited courses, professional development, and continuing education units are not included in the computation of study load for full-time, or part-time status
ONLINE:
You can order an enrollment verification in UAOnline, through the National Student Clearinghouse
- Sign into UAOnline
- Choose "Student Services & Account Information"
- Choose "Enrollment Verifications"
- Choose a campus, and continue through to the National Student Clearinghouse page
- Once you've requested your verification, you will be able to print out an Enrollment Certificate page
PAPER FORM:
Completely fill out an Enrollment Verification Request ; you may specify where you would like it sent, or if you'd like to pick it up at the Registrar's Office
- You can come to campus and fill out an Enrollment Verification Request
- You can print off an Enrollment Verification Request, complete and sign it, and fax it to the Registrar's Office at: 907-796-6365
- You can email a completed form to: registrar@uas.alaska.edu
- You can mail a completed form to:
