All registration forms can be obtained from the Admissions and Records section of the UAS forms page. All transactions at Admissons and Records 796-6100.
Full Semester Courses
Adding: Via UAOnline, or drop/add form filed with Admissions & Records. Instructor signature required after the first week of semester.
Dropping: Via UAOnline, or drop/add form filed with Admissions & Records through the second week of the semester. Course will not appear on the transcript.
Withdrawing: Form filed with Admissions & Records through week 12 for full term course; course appears on transcript as a ‘W’ and will not affect your GPA.
Status Change to Credit, Audit, or Credit/No Credit: Form filed with Admissions & Records through the second week of the semester; “credit/no credit” limited to one elective per semester, program students only.
Short-Term Courses
Adding: Via UAOnline, or form filed with Admissions & Records. Instructor signature required after class begins.
Dropping: Form filed with Admissions & Records through pro-rated drop date; course does not appear on the transcript.
Withdrawing: Form filed with Admissions & Records through pro-rated date; course appears on transcript as a ‘W’ and will not affect your GPA.

Non-Credit/593 Classes
Adding: Form filed at Admissions & Records. Instructor or departmental approval required after class begins.
Dropping: Allowed prior to the first meeting only. No withdrawal.
