Ever wondered why:

  • Some people irritate you and others don’t?
  • You’re productive in certain situations, and not in others?
  • People in your department are oftentimes “on completely different pages?”

Come join us on an interactive journey that will reveal your preferences as well as help you understand the “why” behind the differences in the people we work with.

Conflict Resolution in Customer Service

“Conflict Resolution. Such an ominous two-word phrase. Look at the person on your left side. Look at the person on your right side. Now…..close your eyes for a moment…..and when I tell you to open them…..”

What do you say with your non verbal communication?

Based upon Social Psychologist Amy Cuddy’s research on body language, this presentation will look at what our body language tells others and how we can change ourselves by reviewing our own body language.

Massage Lottery for 12 early registrants.

Winners from each campuses will receive 10 minute chair massages!
