David Garrett has a strong entrepreneurial background in sail training, marinas and shipyards in California and British Columbia. A passionate ocean advocate, David is committed to developing a strong “ocean ethic” through educational outreach and the implementation of “green” development and management strategies for the nautical industry. David has a BA in Humanities and is completing a MBA in leadership from Royal Roads University. David served as the content expert for the Harbor Administration course.
