PCC Certificate Program

The Pacific Coast Congress of Harbormasters and Port Managers (PCC) offers 3 levels of certificates for completion of the following courses. 

Level 1:

• Marine Structures and Materials
• Facility Safety
• Oil Spills: Prevention, Preparedness and Response

Level 2:

• Customer Service for Ports & Marinas
• Hazardous Materials and Waste: Risks and Controls
• Fire Safety for Ports & Marinas
• Marina Utilities: Water and Sanitary Sewer

Level 3:

• Harbor Administration
• Harbor Operations and Planning
• Marina Utilities: Electrical Systems

To secure your PCC certificate, you must complete the required number of courses and have your official UAS transcript sent to:
