PE 103 Fitness Training - Summer 2015

1 credit

Students will participate in a variety of muscle toning, resistance and/or cardio activities. Course is appropriate for all fitness levels who are in generally good health. Wear comfortable clothing which allows for range of motion and bring a water bottle. Sessions will be held at re:fresh FITNESS Studio. (Below the Watermark Restaurant) A course schedule will be available before the first day of classes.

Instructor Emily Davis will give individualized guidance for each student. Class meets at a variety of times, arranged by students and the instructor.
