This is only a partial list of services -- if you have an instructional need, ask us about it!

Technical Support and Training - Learn to use new tools or make more effective use of ones you are already using in your classes. Support for faculty using UAS Online and Breeze as well as many other tools.

Instructional Design - We help analyze your course in terms of learning objectives and the needs/capabilities of your audience. We can suggest effective techniques and tools to not only improve learning but also help you manage your workload.

UAS Online! - We can convert and upload documents. We can convert Quizzes or Exams from MS Word format and upload them for you. Help using any of the features of UAS Online.

Web publishing and graphics - Help with designing and producing Web pages and graphics.

Multimedia support - we have tools for producing audio and video and for editing and duplicating on VHS, CD or DVD. Conversion between formats.

Multimedia/Web Production - In addition to video production resources, we can produce interactive "Flash" and other types of dynamic web pages.

Software and Equipment to use in the IDC (Room 204, Sitka campus) and available for loan.
