Program Enhancement
Faculty Support and Development:
- Work with faculty to ensure their online courses follow best practices
- Assist faculty with all phases of their course: design, development, and teaching
- Provide just-in-time support for the times things go wrong
- Offer 5 day summer institutes (iTeach and iTeach2) for intensive professional development
- Offer online course for faculty "Designing and Teaching an Online Course"
Fast Track:
- Develop partnerships with businesses and agencies
- Develop short term online trainings for businesses and agencies that need professional development for their employees
