"It seems like a long time ago that I was taking the Intro to Small Business class at UAS, and working on my business plan project. Since then, I have opened a restaurant using that plan as a template, built a solid customer base, and grown a successful business. Because of the flexibility of UAS e-Learning classes, I’ve been able to continue pursuing my accounting degree."
"One of the great organizations that I got involved with at UAS was SIFE (Students in Free Enterprise), headed by professor Rick Wolk. I got to work with large towns and small villages in Southeast Alaska to improve entrepreneurship, share my business knowledge with others, and more. "
