Do I Qualify?

Generally, the content of practitioner-oriented MBA programs is most valuable to both participants and their organizations if the participants have at least some background in the topics they study, and some experience in management. This principle defines the profile participants who would best fits the nature of the UAS MBA.

Profile of the successful applicant: the program is designed for practicing managers who intend to make an impact in their companies and their industries. Generally, participants will have at least 2-3 years of managerial experience and some undergraduate background in business. They will be able to grasp new ideas quickly and be able to adapt them to work in their own companies. They will work well in the organization, as contributing team members and in leadership roles when called upon. They will be ambitious to advance their own careers and move their companies toward stronger performance.
