Admission Prerequisite
Statistics
Admission to the UAS MPA program requires students to have completed a course in Introductory Statistics with at least a C. If you have not taken such a course but feel you have the requisite knowledge of statistics, you may prove that competency by passing a DANTES/DSST exam for statistics.
Micro Economics
Admission to the UAS MPA program requires students to have completed a course in micro economics with a C or better. If you have not taken such a course but feel you have the requisite knowledge of economics, you may prove that competency by passing a CLEP exam.
Course Prerequisites
PADM 604 - Research Methods in Administration
This course must be successfully completed prior to taking PADM 688 - Public Program Evaluation.
PADM 625 - Economics of Public Policy
This course must be successfully completed prior to taking PADM 628 - Public Financial Management
