Juneau Marine Biology Faculty at Ocean Bowl

New marine biology program sheet unveiled
Sherry Tamone travelled to Seward, AK April 24-27 to participate in the National Ocean Sciences Bowl.  This national competition drew over 125 high school juniors and seniors to Alaska and introduced these students to potential academic careers at UAS, UAA, and UAF.  The competition had never taken place in Alaska before and most students participating had an interest in marine science and oceanography. UAS unveiled a new Marine Biology program sheet for the event. It serves as a prototype for program sheets in the works for several UAS programs.
