September 22nd, 7:00 PM at the Silverbow

September 22 at 7 p.m. is Juneau's 2nd Annual Theory Slam - the scientific version of a poetry slam. The event is sponsored by the American Chemical Society's Science for the Public program and will take place at the Back Room of the Silverbow, downtown Juneau. Volunteers present their theories and a panel of "experts" comment on scientific merit. Audience response determines the best theories. Refreshments are provided and prizes awarded.
