Egan Library faculty presents paper in Sweden

Jennifer Ward, Associate Professor of Library Science, presented a paper titled Information Literacy in Alaska's Remote Indigenous Communities: Teachers' Rural Voices at the IFLA Satellite Conference on Information Literacy in Gothenburg, Sweden August 9, 2010. IFLA – The International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions is a global body representing libraries and the information profession and holds annual conferences around the world.  The paper was co-submitted with Thomas Duke, Associate Professor of Education, who could not be in attendance to present.
