IT Services has moved! Please check out our new space in Lower Hendrickson. In addition to our new location, we have some new (and returning) services that we’re rolling out campus-wide.
UA Google Apps:
In June, UAS joined UAA and UAF in adopting “Google Apps” UA-wide. Students, faculty, and staff will be greeted with new Google Apps accounts when they return to campus in the Fall. Enjoy unlimited email storage and access to Google’s suite of online tools as we take another step towards a unified UA system. “Walk-up” Helpdesk service is back!
The UAS Helpdesk now provides face-to-face service in the Lower Hendricksen. This is in addition to reaching us via phone and email. The Helpdesk is ready to assist you with your technological questions and is currently staffed during the summer from 8:00am – 7:00pm, Monday – Friday.
Media Services has moved!
Media Services is now co-located with the rest of IT Services in Lower Hendrickson. We will continue to provide A/V services, including: sound reinforcement, multi-camera video productions, media transfers, distance education, and instructional technology support.
REMINDER: Classroom Support
Please visit the Classroom Support desk located in the Egan Library for Egan classroom support issues. For non-Egan classrooms, call 796-6521. This ITS service is offered to all faculty, staff and students who may need assistance using classroom-specific technologies.
