Title IX Training for Faculty/Staff
The following online training satisfies the annual training requirement.
- Login into myUA using your UA username and password
- From the menu, select My community and then Learning library
- From the menu, select the Title IX training tile
Title IX training for Non-Employees
- Complete the Affiliate Identity Request form
- Submit the form per the instructions written on the form
After the form is received and processed, the you will be contacted and informed that your credentials have been issued. Once you receive this notification; claim your account in ELMO, and then you can access the training through myUA.
Responsible employees are required to complete the Title IX training annually between July 1 and September 30. Newly hired must complete training within 30 days of their start date.
Responsible employees include:
- All faculty and staff
- Residence Life student employees
Other student employees are not required to complete the training unless it is a departmental expectation.

To submit a request to be released from the training, please complete the UAS Title IX Training - Release Request form.
Other Training Options
There will be in person training options available at the beginning of both the fall and spring semesters. Look for email updates during those time frames listing the date, time, and locations of in person training.
