MENDENHALL GLACIER
UAS incorporates its pristine wilderness surroundings, including the Mendenhall Glacier, into its curriculum. Imagine studying glaciology on a glacier that's two miles from campus, or literature in the environment where John Muir explored, or outdoor studies in the largest National Forest in the country.
