How to Apply

If you would like to join the TRiO SSS Program, please download and print the TRiO application.  After you have completed (all three pages) and signed the application, please fax (796-6040), mail, or drop-off the applicaton in person to the TRiO offices, which are located in The Learning Center.

Please note: if you qualify for program services under the federal income eligibility guidelines, please bring proof of income (preferably a tax return) to your in-take appointment.  TRiO needs a document that shows your "taxable income" not your "gross income."
