Student Wellness & Peer Advocates
Personal Wellness

The Residence Life and Student Wellness Offices work to promote healthy lifestyles, personal explorations and growth, positive relationships, and good health. Wellness entails more than just physical and mental health, but includes emotional, social and intellectual well-being.
A great deal of campus and community resources exist to support students as they seek out information and methods to improve their personal wellness. Students with concerns for themselves or others in any of these areas can approach a Peer Advocate, a CA, or another staff member to get information or to be referred to resources or professionals that might be helpful. Additionally, a student may drop by the Peer Support Office (PSO) during business hours to discuss issues.
