Despite its small size and location, UAS has been able to attract some extremely intelligent and engaged students from Alaska, the lower 48, and abroad. The same is true in regard to the faculty. The vibrant campus community combined with Juneau’s outstanding opportunities for outdoor recreation make it a fantastic place to live and work.
