How do you think UAS is preparing you for your future?

UAS gave me a comprehensive education which I could use to advance quickly in the professional world. I worked for two years as an Accounting Tech for one company and was hired in my current company as Controller, a large jump that I could not have made without UAS’ influence.

Do you know what you might be thinking of for a career after college?

I’m currently the Controller at Huna Totem Corporation. My plan is to continue to advance in all aspects of my professional career.

Do you have a favorite class or professor?

Janet Dye, Steve Hamilton, I loved the capstone class!

WHY UAS?

 It was local and convenient. I never considered of attending any other college. My whole family attended UAS.

What is the most surprising thing you’ve learned about yourself at UAS?

How much I love education.

What surprised you the most when you arrived at UAS?

How attentive all the professors were to the students.
