How do you think UAS is preparing you for your future?
The friendships I’ve made here at UAS will continue to enrich my life wherever I go.
Do you know what you might be thinking of for a career after college?
Perhaps an English teacher overseas but only after I’ve done some learning of my own.
Do you have a favorite class or professor?
I’d tell you but I’d have to kill you.
WHY UAS?
Class sizes are small and the professors are extremely knowledgeable. There are programs like the Learning Center and TriO if students need tutors or calculators. The air is clean. Why not?
What is the most surprising thing you’ve learned about yourself at UAS?
I can build a snow cave and sleep pleasantly inside of it.
What surprised you the most once you arrived at UAS?
The faculty and staff wanted to help and were happy to. In most places you feel like a number in line, but here they are all very personable.
What is the best thing about life at UAS?
The SAA free dinner and movie nights.
What do you enjoy doing during your free time?
Reading, writing, and being outside.
If you could choose three words that signify UAS, what would they be?
Friendly. Earthy. Genius.
