How do you think UAS is preparing you for your future?

Through the internship program I am learning valuable skills that can be used in my field and gaining a few contacts that can help me when I graduate.

Do you know what you might be thinking of for a career after college?

I would like to be an advocate for disadvantaged youth in the Southeast area.

WHY UAS?

UAS was very welcoming to Sheldon Jackson College students and was able to accommodate all our needs.

What is the most surprising thing you’ve learned about yourself at UAS?

I am not prepared for all the political garbage that is in place at any job that I may get.

What surprised you the most once you arrived at UAS?

How prepared the staff was to deal with any of my needs even though I arrived two weeks early and needed a lot of assistance.

What was the most fun you’ve had at any campus event?

All TRIO events that I attended rocked.

What is the best thing about life at UAS?

I loved the housing and almost all the staff were always very helpful.

What do you enjoy doing during your free time?

Sewing and reading.
