El Pomar is a private foundation established in 1937 to enhance, encourage and promote the current and future well-being of the people of Colorado. The Trustees invest more than $21 million annually in grants and programs throughout the state. A program of El Pomar, the two-year, salaried Fellowship prepares individuals for their lifelong role as professionals and community leaders.

We are currently recruiting our 2020 Fellowship class and would love to reach out to any Colorado students and alumni from your school. Our program would be of particular interest to students interested in public service, philanthropy, and leadership development. The Fellowship is focused on developing community-minded young professionals into the future leaders of Colorado. This is accomplished through a two-year, full-time position with salary and benefits in the philanthropic sector, combining hands-on experience with intentional professional and leadership development opportunities. We are particularly interested in reaching students from Colorado or with a connection to Colorado, as well as those interested in the nonprofit sector.
