Whether your teaching is being evaluated as part of the tenure and promotion process or you’re simply looking to grow and develop your practice, tracking your teaching performance is essential to your continued progress. There are many methods of documenting teaching, ranging from peer review to reflection. Teaching Squares

Teaching Squares are small, multi-disciplinary groups of faculty who observe each others' classrooms and use those observations to inform their own teaching practice. Teaching Squares is a non-evaluative and easy way to improve your teaching and learn new techniques and strategies for the classroom. You can learn a bit more about Teaching Squares through this article from Faculty Focus. Teaching Squares is normally offered during Fall semester but will not be offered in 2020.
