One of the goals of the website redesign was to focus on the student, both future and current. To focus on our students we must ask ourselves several questions:
- Who are they?
- What do they want?
- Where are they looking for it?
- How can you give them the solutions/answers/actions that they want?
Tip: Make sure you answer “Why am I interested?” quickly and in a way that is easy to understand.
