Get Text Reminders Directly to Your Phone

We're utlizing an app called "Remind" to help get directly to your cell phone.

How?

It's easy!

Step 1: Send a text to 81010. The message should be "@uasac"

Step 2: Reply with your full name.

Step 3: Reply with "S," "P," or "T" ("S" if you're a student)

Optional Step 4: Download the app.

Details

We promise to never send you more than two texts a week. During the summer semester, we won't send you any texts. ALL of our texts will be reminders for upcoming events (we won't advertise job postings, send you general information, or anything else). Just event reminders. During the COVID-19 closure, we'll include Zoom Links so that you don't need to hunt for it and then tediously type links into your browser.

We ask for your full name so that we can occassionally make sure we're texting current students. If in 2025, we know that you've graduated, we'll go ahead and remove you. Currently, the app only has room for 150 members.

Thank you to Student Government Senator Michael Dreher for this super cool idea!
